We are confident in the quality of our products and therefore offer you a guarantee on our buckles and carabiners that extends beyond the statutory warranty.

2. Warranty Period

The warranty is valid for 24 months from the date of purchase (invoice date) for products purchased from March 1, 2024.

3. Scope of Application

This manufacturer's warranty applies to purchases within the European Union, the EEA, and Switzerland.

4. Warranty Service

If a mechanical defect occurs on a buckle or carabiner within the warranty period, which is demonstrably due to a material or manufacturing defect, we will provide free of charge, at our discretion:

  • Repair, or

  • Replacement delivery of an equivalent product.

If both are impossible or unreasonable, a refund of the purchase price will be issued.
Consumers can claim this manufacturer's warranty free of charge.
In the event of a warranty claim, we will cover the necessary shipping costs within Germany.

5. Exclusions

Excluded from the warranty are:

  • Intentional damage or alteration of the purchased item

  • Improper use or disregard of care instructions

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Courtesy, gift, or promotional items

  • Products from third-party suppliers or other brands

  • Products whose purchase date is more than 2 years ago

6. Asserting a Warranty Claim

Please send us an email to info@bullsland.de with the following information:

  • Order or invoice number

  • Description of the defect

  • Meaningful photos of the defect

Our team will review the claim and inform you of the next steps.
In the event of a warranty claim, returns within Germany are free of charge.

7. Relationship to Statutory Warranty

This manufacturer's warranty does not limit or replace your statutory rights concerning defects against the seller.
Your claims arising from the statutory warranty remain unaffected and can be asserted independently of this warranty.

8. Provision of Warranty Conditions

These warranty conditions will be provided to you on a durable medium (e.g., PDF download).
